No-Shows & Early Departures
No-shows and unused nights are non-refundable.
However, if circumstances arise, please contact us—we will always do our best to help when possible.
Weather & Alaska Travel
Alaska weather can be unpredictable and is part of the adventure. We recommend travel insurance to protect your trip.
If Moose Hollow Haven must cancel your reservation due to unsafe conditions, you will receive:
